I am an amateur shooter in Tokyo. My pictures can be seen in a map.
Gears: Nikon D200, Sigma 20-40 2.8D, Sigma 70-200 2.8D, Nikkor 50mm 1.8D!( new) Nikon SB-600. Sigma TC 2x EX DG Slik Tripod. Nikkor 85mm 1.4D!(new) Most of the time I do my job in raw format and process with Nikon Capture 4.4. I sometimes use Photoshop CS if I need detail processing. You would say Photoshop is evil? Yes, I just use Photoshop to deepen DOF, crop, correct/edit color balance mostly. Erasing with Photoshop is one thing I am trying to avoid whenever I can. Of the interests, it is hard to say what toptics I am focusing on. Most of the time I feel happy with street photos and candid. That means I take everything that catches my eyes. Please not that 99% of my pictures are under Common Creative License. Take a look at the copyright of the pictures you want to use outside flickr.
